Contingency Plan
Iranian delegation have always said that they have a predetermined action in case something happens. Now that Iran's dossier has been reported to UNSC, Iran will be forced to abandon its nuclear program, because UNSC resolutions are legally binding.
Lets wait and see what contingency plan Iran has now. Hope the plan is not to leave NPT, as it will start the drum beating for a war.

Leaving the NPT would indeed be a strategic error as it would allow all the critics of Iran's nuclear program to point to this and say Iran is looking for atomic weaponry.
At this point, what Iran claims they are doing is acceptable under the NPT, so I see no reason for them to want to leave it.
Could they complain to an international court? Note that they keep calling IAEA's behavior unjust.
No Nuclear Weapons for Mullahs!
I agree with you Winston. And I say: no nuclear weapons at all. Not for Mullahs, not for you, not for me, and not for anybody else.
I disagree there but I understand what you said and I accept your well put point.
Nuclear weapons exist in our REAL world and it is a reality we have to deal with, ok?
But it matter who possesses the nuke weapons... Saddam? Mullahs? Stalin? Musharraf? Chinese commies? or Liberal Democracies such as France? US? UK? India or Israel?
To me, possession of nukes by responsible democracies (mentioned above) is Okay since they are not gonna wake up tomorrow and use it against me and you.
But nukes in the hands of Mullah like people is an absolute madness.

No for: "it is Okay for some countries to have the nukes". It is certainly NOT OKAY. It encourages others to have them.
Yes for: a responsible democracy having a nuke is not as bad as a non-responsible country having a nuke.
Although I don't like the current regime in power, I don't call it a non-democratic regime. It is certainly better than many many others. It is a semi-democratic country. To make Iran a fully-democratic country, EXTERNAL PRESSURES are not required. Democracy has to evolve within. As it started when Mosadeq came to power. Don't you think?
I feel I need to add this to what I said:
As you said, nuclear weapons do exist in real world and we have to deal with it. But the approach and the steps the world has taken so far do not seem to work.
