Saddam used Chemical Weapons with Honor
Saddam told the court:
"In relation to Iran, if any military or civil official claims that Saddam gave orders to use either conventional or special ammunition, which as explained is chemical, I will take responsibility with honor"
Very nice of him to bring this important issue up. This outrageous act has never seemed important to the eyes of Iraq-ican court of justice.
Let's see if the US-media will cover it the way they did Ahmadinejad's stupid sentence.

This also obviously arises the question that why the war crime in Iraq-Iran war was not a part of his accusation in the court.
Qasem jan,
Could this be because those countries who liberated! Iraq and captured Saddam, were partners in Saddam's chemical-weapons-related crimes?
(Given that Saddam didn't have a chemical-weapons-production-plant, someone must have provided him with those weapons, right?).
